Todd wants to get my clients the best possible result-whatever it realistically can be. He grinds and works very hard to achieve that goal. Todd listens empathically to his clients stories so he can know and understand who they are as people to adequately represent them.

Interests

Todd is married with a very active two year old daughter. He has a very busy law practice but when he’s not doing that he loves to spend time with them along with watching and attending sporting events, particularly watching the Oklahoma Sooners on Saturdays in the fall. He loves traveling, skiing and spending time outdoors as well.

Education

Todd Adler graduated from Oklahoma City University (OCU) in 2017. Other than the standard courses, he participated in the Oklahoma Innocence Project to try and help people with innocence claims get their cases reheard.

Experience

Todd has been a lawyer for six years. He can’t name one case because there are several highlighted cases. The jury trials he has won in which he attained not guilty verdicts ranging from murder cases to white collar exploitation of an elderly person. He’s proud to get a man’s rape case dismissed and a nonconsensual dissemination of sexual images case dismissed for separate innocent men.

Awards

Obtaining numerous pretrial dismissals, not guilty verdicts at trial and winning motion hearings all leading to clients going home and avoiding prison.
