Attorney

Blayne Armendariz

INTRODUCTION

Blayne under promises and over delivers. He is the guy that you want representing you or your loved one in the courtroom – any courtroom (municipal, district, federal, tribal). He establishes clear boundaries in the attorney-client relationship with the first contact and upholds them throughout the entirety of the relationship. He models the respect and behavior he expects from his clients. He makes the calls and has the conversations to get the best outcome for each client. His natural habitat is outdoors in his boots and jeans preferably on a horse or at the beach in his flipflops preferably in the ocean, and he exudes that sense of ease and tolerance with his clients while approaching the courtroom and its processes with formality and temperance.

Attorney representation is critical to success in our criminal justice system. Blayne understands not only the access to justice crisis in America but also the importance of the Rule of Law and Due Process for Americans. He wants to bridge the gap for Oklahomans seeking criminal representation. Blayne actively and proactively works for his clients. He is a work and not an accolade-seeker.

EXPERIENCE

When asked why he does criminal work, Blayne states that every defendant is someone’s family member who needs guidance, direction, and support throughout the criminal legal process. Blayne not only fiercely represents his clients, but he also expertly navigates them through all the life challenges the criminal legal issues have created and exacerbated. He has an unintentional holistic approach to his practice where his clients’ lives are positively impacted.

Blayne is a Criminal Trial Attorney who was mentored to greatness by several Oklahoma criminal defense trial legends. He learned how to be the best at what he does by jumping into trial work straight out of law school. Where other attorneys balk to go to trial or fail to deliver at that point in the case, Blayne embraces trial work. He is also incredibly skilled at negotiating plea deals and settlements. He strives to get the best possible outcome for every client and tailors those results to the client, the charges, and their needs.  He has historically been a solo practitioner in the truest sense of the term – think the Lincoln Lawyer but with a truck traveling the four corners of Oklahoma, but in the Spring of 2025, he chose to bring his experience, strength, and wisdom to Adler Markoff & Associates as their Criminal Defense Attorney
