Days after the U.S Food and Drug Administration issued a warning to Phusion Projects Inc. and three similar drink makers, a lawsuit was filed against the company.
The defendants in this case are Danielle C. Joseph, driver, Sammy’s, the convenience store who sold the drink, and Phusion Projects Inc.
Orlando Lawyer William McBride claims, “ We filed this suit against the makers of Four Loko because we believe this drink is dangerous.” He continued, “My client, Janice Rivera, nearly died.”
